Chemona 2C Perma Coat is a high-quality, two-component polysiloxane-epoxy nanocoating designed for extreme conditions. This coating offers exceptionally long-lasting protection against UV degradation, weathering, dirt, and corrosion. Thanks to innovative nanotechnology, it creates an ultra-thin yet strong layer that protects surfaces.protected for up to 10 years, even under heavy loads.

2C Perma Coat is available in matte and gloss finishes, allowing you to perfectly match the look of any project. The coating is PFAS-free, biodegradable, and odorless, making it not only durable and sustainable, but also safe to use and environmentally friendly. Ideal for industrial, maritime, and construction applications where reliable and long-lasting material protection is essential.

The Chemona 2C Perma Coat is a versatile nano coating and suitable for:

Preparation
Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and free of grease and oil. If necessary, pre-clean with Chemona Cleaner.

Mix
Mix the base and hardener in a 3:1 ratio. Stir well and let the mixture sit for about 20 minutes.

To apply
Apply the coating with a roller, brush, or spray. Apply evenly in thin layers. Avoid application in direct sunlight or rain.

Drying
Dust dry after approx. 90 minutes
Dried after 6 hours
Fully cured within 48 hours (at 23°C).

Maintenance
Clean the treated surface with Chemona Conditioner or a mild cleaner without aggressive additives.

  • De 2C Perma Coat hecht op aluminium, RVS, staal, chroom, kunststof, Trespa, gepoedercoate en gelakte oppervlakken. Denk aan gevelbeplating, bruggen, stalen structuren, industriële machines, boten en schepen. De ondergrond moet schoon, droog en vetvrij zijn. Reinig vooraf met Chemona Cleaner voor de sterkst mogelijke hechting.

  • Mat geeft een ingetogen, strakke uitstraling en verbergt subtiele oneffenheden in de ondergrond. Glans zet het oppervlak juist in de spotlight: strak, elegant, met diepte. Beide varianten bieden dezelfde technische bescherming - het is puur een keuze op basis van look. Twijfel je? Vraag een sample aan in beide afwerkingen.
