Instructions for use

Preparation
Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and free of grease and oil. For best results, pre-clean with Chemona Cleaner.

To apply
Shake the product well before use. Apply 1C Perma Coat evenly with a melamine sponge or a spray gun (for professional use). Apply in thin layers and spread evenly over the surface. For larger areas, apply in sections.

Drying
Allow the coating to dry;
Dust dry after approx. 90 minutes,
Dried after 6 hours
Fully cured within 48 hours (at 23°C).

Maintenance
Clean treated surfaces with Chemona Conditioner or a mild, non-aggressive cleaner to prolong the effect.

Tot 5 jaar bij buitengebruik. Hoe lang precies hangt af van de blootstelling: een oppervlak dat constant in fel zonlicht, slagregen en zoute lucht ligt slijt sneller dan een beschutte ondergrond. Met goed onderhoud haal je ruim de bovenkant van die termijn. Binnen, op een rustigere plek, gaat de coating nog langer mee.
Reinig met Chemona Conditioner of een milde, niet-agressieve reiniger. Geen schuursponzen, geen agressieve chemie, geen hogedrukreiniger met toevoegingen - die verkorten de levensduur van de coating. Vuil hecht nauwelijks aan een gecoat oppervlak, dus meestal volstaat afspoelen met water. Goed onderhoud trekt de bescherming naar de volle vijf jaar.
De 1C is een 1-componenten coating: openen en aanbrengen. De 2C Perma Coat is een 2-componenten coating, waarbij je vóór gebruik een hardener mengt met de coating. Dat geeft hogere chemische bestendigheid en extreme bescherming, maar vraagt om kortere verwerkingstijd. Voor de meeste reguliere toepassingen voldoet de 1C ruim. Twijfel je? Vraag een sample aan.
Ja. De 1C Perma Coat is uitstekend geschikt voor Trespa, kunststof gevelpanelen en gepoedercoate oppervlakken. Veel eigenaren hebben last van vervuiling, algengroei en verkleuring door UV - de nano coating houdt het paneel jarenlang schoon en herstelt verdofte kleur. Reinig de Trespa vooraf grondig en breng de coating in een dunne laag aan. Schoonmaakwerk daalt aanzienlijk.
Ja, volledig. Daarnaast is de coating siliconenvrij en biologisch afbreekbaar. Met de aangescherpte Europese regelgeving rond PFAS is dat geen extraatje meer maar een vereiste - Chemona was er al lang klaar voor. De coating voldoet aan de huidige Europese richtlijnen rondom PFAS-restricties. Gewoon zo gemaakt, niet omdat het moet, maar omdat het kan.
Stofdroog na 90 minuten, doorgedroogd na 6 uur, volledig uitgehard binnen 48 uur (bij 23°C). Tijdens de uitharding niet belasten of reinigen. Lagere temperaturen en hogere luchtvochtigheid rekken de droogtijden op - bij buitenwerk dus rekening houden met het weer. Plan geen regenbui in het eerste etmaal.
Met één liter behandel je 40 tot 60 m². Met 250 ml doe je 10 tot 12 m², met 5 liter 200 tot 300 m² en met 10 liter 400 tot 600 m². De spreiding zit in de structuur van de ondergrond - een poreuze ondergrond verbruikt meer dan een gladde. Bij twijfel: reken op de bovenkant van de range.
De 1C Perma Coat hecht op vrijwel elke gladde of glanzende ondergrond: aluminium, RVS, staal, kunststof, Trespa, hout, beton, natuursteen, keramische tegels, plexiglas, autolak, chroom en gepoedercoate oppervlakken. Belangrijk: het oppervlak moet schoon, droog en vetvrij zijn voor optimale hechting. Reinig vooraf met Chemona Cleaner voor het beste resultaat.
