At Chemona Holding B.V. you can always return your purchase, but there are some rules.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a 14-day reflection period. After these 14 days, you have a maximum of 14 days to return the item. The item must then be in the original packaging and not used. Chemona items that have been used can no longer be returned. If you are unable to return the item within the reflection period, you must report this within the 14-day reflection period, otherwise Chemona Holding B.V. may refuse the return. You can register your return via our return portal.

Refund

You will receive the purchase amount back to the payment method you selected when purchasing.
This means that we will refund the amount to the bank account or credit card you used to make the purchase.
Because Chemona Holding B.V. is acashlessonline store, you will never get the purchase amount back in cash.

Return shipping costs

The costs of a return shipment are €6.95 for a normal parquet shipment. When registering your return, you can pay these costs directly. If you are unable to arrange this yourself, you can of course inquire with us about the rate of a possible collection order. Please contact customer service for this.
